The Site does not originate mortgages, run credit, or process loan applications. Any mortgage or real estate transaction takes place separately through licensed third parties under their own disclosures.

  • You give us: name, email, phone number, ZIP, and details you share about your homeownership goals when you submit a form or speak with us.
  • Automatic: IP address, device/browser data, and pages viewed, collected through cookies and analytics tools (including Google Analytics and Meta Pixel).

We do not collect Social Security numbers, credit reports, or financial documentation through the Site.

2. How We Use It

To respond to inquiries, deliver educational content, schedule consultations, send marketing you've opted in to, operate the Site, and meet legal obligations.

Black Brilliance may refer you to licensed loan originators, real estate professionals, or other licensed parties. We may receive compensation (such as a flat referral fee) when these referrals occur. This compensation does not change the rates, fees, or terms offered to you by those professionals. You are never required to use any professional we refer; you may select your own loan officer, lender, real estate agent, or other professional at any time. Mortgage and real estate services are provided under separate agreements directly between you and those licensed professionals.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by law. SMS opt-in records are retained for at least four years from the date of consent, as required by TCPA recordkeeping rules. You may request deletion of your information at any time by emailing info@blackbrilliance.com.

6. State Privacy Rights

Residents of certain states (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, and Virginia) have additional rights regarding their personal information, including the right to know what data is collected, the right to delete, and the right to opt out of certain sharing.
